3） Procedure for exchanging the driver unit

Follow the procedure below to replace the driver unit:

① Turn OFF the power (turn the switch OFF) of the multi visual revolving warning light.

② Remove the main and middle dome assemblies (see Replacing the domes on page 9).

③Loosen the four screws (nominal 5x12 round-head tapping screws) holding the joint plate in place

and slide the plate (either to the left or to the right).

④ Holding the connector of the leads (green and white) connected to the driver unit and remove

the connector.

⑤ Hold the driver unit and turn it counterclockwise to remove it.

⑥ Install a new driver unit by turning it clockwise.

　※To connect the terminals, push the driver until all the way to the end once and pull it back to

the position that allows the connection of the terminals and tighten them again securely.

⑦ After the connection to the driver unit is completed, attach the joint plate and

　　 the dome assemblies.
